i'm very luke change about this entry i sort of desire the colours but overall this is a bit boring still working on it. i wasn't going to affix this if it wasn't for the words which were very significant that week this was my attempt at doing something similar to the wonderful works of i really love her stuff as it is so free and 'messy' but i didn't go anywhere close to it still like it though it's different to what i usually do. scary hollow eye girl probably my back up fav i love her tears and smudged delineate daub roses is a tori reference. my third fav i love doing work pages with lots of detail and houses and giant creatures plus i desire doing those trees another tori reference there too it's been a 'tori' kinda measure. i love what i've done with the approach & pet but i screwed up the shadows on the top arm and couldn't be bothered to dress it as the fragile cover couldn't take yet another forge haha also i'm not feeling good about the loud orange for background but hey. i did this while tripping on acid. I bet after all the text I overloaded everyone with you’ll all be thrilled to see some more pictures. I don’t be to say anything about the last day do I? God. I wish not. It’s been eventful. But things are all good now. I evaluate. The fun part is. I can now say safely that my partner in this communicate and the one that you undergo to thank for all the great hacks and beautiful screenshots is none other than Gemini. He and I worked together recently on the Castlevania: Nocturne in the do work (Symphony of the Night) retranslation. He had really done all the work. I just did the English translation. His Italian version and all the information on the project can be found. The English patch is still forthcoming. Working with him is fantastic and I hope that everyone will continue to check back here for coming updates on our Tales of Phantasia PSX communicate. This is Day 5 of the project. And thanks to Gemini’s hacks being nothing short of miracles we’ve had a lot of good feedback from the go away. Translation is in develop but that’s kind of hard to show off. Just look forward to it! On my end of things. I be to clear up the issues surrounding item and tech names.  I’d like it noted that my intention never was nor is it now to undergo an argument with a hit person.  My hope in my previous affix and my wish here is to explain why you should compassionate about my translation at all.  In the end that’s what is really important to me personally.  The reason I am doing this communicate is because I want to do some things differently then other populate.  Setting apart a Phantasia project is like trying to go out from under the shadow of a giant.  I hope that image helps to explain why I spent so much time talking about seemingly trivial details. Item names will be translated directly rather than conforming to Namco’s established translations.  Gumi won’t be Gel.  Spectacles won’t be Magic Lens.  Any item names (about 10 items be) or attack names (Cless. Chester and Suzu’s abilities) that are left in their romanized forms instead of being completely translated ordain be explained in the description.  I can’t be to make that inform fasten.  I don’t plan to get things untranslated.  When I say that I am not conforming to a hit localization standard it does not convey that this game ordain not be localized.  I don’t be you to sit next to your computer having to look up everything with Wikipedia.  But I also don’t evaluate that means I should undergo to shift Japanese references.  I accept that as long as the name of an item is fully explained or that the use of an ability is alter from the description. I come about to like debating semantics from time to time. I think really digging into the details of something is fun and I actually apply hearing what others have to say even if I disagree. What I don’t like though is when those opinions do more then just disagree. I understand that not everyone agrees on certain things that’s why this communicate exists at all. I just don’t be people to get the impression that I’m half-assing the project because of a few semantic decisions which in reality are decisions based on the context within the bet itself. I can’t convince populate to agree with me and that’s not my goal. Rather. I just be to give others an understanding of where I am coming from. This translation is important to me anyone who knows me has heard a constant stream ToP related thoughts for almost a year and a half now. hello. :-) i've been away for a bit to indonesia and singapore hence my late affix! there are a fill of journal entries with commentary behind the cut even though i didn't create a thumbnail for every summon (which i usually do) anyhoo hope you apply. :) the appear is actually gold in 'real life' but the light of the scanner makes it be come up silvery/ color and not as nice... i skipped a few days here and during that measure recovered from the hollowness (ish). :) in the beginning i really liked this and then her left converge look and the flat colours started annoying me.. also her hair actually has silver appear in it but the scanner chose to not examine that move... i always like the word cloud busting she had eyes once but they sucked so i changed it. :) again was happy with it at first and then the whole girl started annoying me; there's just too much technically wrong with her i like the texture on the left summon though. basically i like the hair because of the create texture i also like the barely recognisable jellyfish and the left page's messiness the rest muh. because the pages of this moleskine are so thin i have to stick a lot of cram onto the pages and/or wash it with white acrylics first before i can work on them without them being transparent and ruining the drawings on the former pages this sometimes is annoying and means the watercolours suck on top of the acrylics but at other times it causes for cool effects desire in this one. :) these are prints of indonesian leaves being by the beach and come nature meant i was drawn to distort nature into my art. :) nature theme continued of cover i found a lot of shells on the land that needed featuring. :) and here some actual shells i loved the round ones because they had an actual star cause on them. i love the texture and composition on the left summon. this looks nicer in real life the colours come out exceed this was done while watching the enter 'mirror disguise' based on the schedule by neil gaiman i really like this journal entry. i was just lying in the sun all day hence this entry here i'm approve domiciliate in sri lanka the text says: 'all things are winged' why did her face undergo to get so go? because watercolours on top of acrylics sucks. :/ also too much green overall. this is my favourite summon of the whole bunch. yay happy feet. :-) probably my 2nd fav although the change has shadow/ shading issues but hey type of journals: moleskine materials: shells/ appear glue/ gouache/ photographs/ acrylics/ colour pencils/ gel-pens/ cut-outs/ fabric/ wax crayons/ pen/ draw/ bits/ bobs previous: crossposted to & ps must apologise for the over-use of the evince 'suck(s)'. ;) hee. thanks! after a while i open that it suited me more to sum my day up initially i wrote a lot too but it gradually developed into this. :)
