So last week or sometime near there. I wrote a blog about how I was starting dance again. come up I had my first 5 hour session measure Wednesday night. I was actually pretty surprised at myself. I mean of course it spanked my ass but I held it together pretty come up and stayed strong throughout the whole 5 hours in the studio. I was also amazed that my flexibility and my technique weren't as out of control as I though they were going to be. YAY! So needless to say. I was rather pleased about the way the whole night went. I've got another 5 hours of sweating stretching my muscles to their limit and just busting my ass! I'm excited about it though b/c it's what I love to do.
